1. Using this website
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.
2. Products and handmade variation
We aim to present images, colours, dimensions and materials accurately. Screen settings and the handmade process can create reasonable variation in colour, texture, pattern or form. Product availability may change without notice.
3. Orders, prices and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may contact you to verify details or decline an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. Prices and available payment methods are those shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines. Weather, courier operations, remote locations and other events outside our control can affect timing. The customer is responsible for providing an accessible and accurate delivery address.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation is possible before processing where operationally practical. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including shorter reporting periods for transit damage or incorrect supply. Read the returns policy.
6. Accounts and privacy
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Personal data is processed for ordering, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and legal obligations in line with the published privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property and liability
Site text, photography, graphics and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order where permitted by law.
8. Changes and contact
